Now you are being daft. Evony is Chinese, written by UMGE in Guangdong. So what is wrong with calling it Chinese if it is Chinese? Evony plays in English and is run through a Delaware front company. So it is tageted at Western gamers. If it was targeted at Chinese gamers it would be in Chinese. And Evony does put client software on your PC that you have no control over. And this client software is now on over 10 million Western computers. I started a thread on my blog titled Is Evony Malware? Lots of people have contributed to this. It's not legalese to be totally unsure of whether or not someone you're accusing of having committed a crime has actually committed that crime or not.
