I'm sorry Bruce but you're the last person I'd be looking to for lessons on how to behave online.

You're banned from the private forums here. Banned from YakYak. Been temp banned from Rllmukforum and now on the verge of a ban from the public forums of TCE. And you're about to get sued for making inflammatory comments about a game you've never even played.

You've also created a blog with the express purpose of self marketing yourself back into a games industry job except that's turned out to have done the exact opposite. A lot of people in games now know who you are but in an almost universally bad light.

And now you're lecturing people on how they're being perceived because of their behaviour?

Ifr we have, can we have rid of him please? I know some people have said they don't think he should be banned, but I don't think we need to rehash that debate here. We're up to the number required by board rules. Let's be rid, eh?

 

Honest question: Have you ever considered writing an article in the marketing potential of trolling? I'm no expert, near as yourself, but it seems you might be able to break some real ground either in the promotion of your own product via proliferation of trolling and search engine results (many lines), or by using your soiled reputation to drag your competition down through feigned approval (poisoned bait).

I'm actually curious as to whether you think there might be any benefit to this kind of study, or whether you've done any work in this area, or whether finding out would make you sleepy on account of you being so old - so very, very old?

 

I have no bias towards Bruce or even know why he was banned in the first place, I read the article because Marketing interests me and it looked to have some insight that I could take from.
