I actually quite liked Enter The Matrix.
The only thing I didn't like about it was the minigame near the end where you went through the tunnel in the spaceship thing, but it just let you win even if you were crap at it, so it didn't bother me too much.

Someone told me that VIS Entertainment's State of Emergency was the most returned game in history. That was a long time ago, and it could have been bullshit though.

I'd welcome it if the terms applied to the project management positions were better defined in the games industry. A lot of the confusion about what Producers/Production Managers/Project Managers actually contribute to the project comes from the fact that the definition of the role can be so different company to company. Then you start throwing in all the various Assistants, Associates, Executives and such and the water isn't so much muddied as it is solidified into a glop of oddly smelling, vaguely organic mush.

I think it's the 'static' titles people desire that cause problems - especially when forming new teams within the same company. I think you have to reassess job titles, roles and responsibilities whatever you want to call it as and when a new team is created. You look at the makeup of the team and distribute clearly defined roles. Clearly defined roles? Who am I kidding. More power!
