has anyone seen the weird adverts on the tubes?

    They have Barack Obama with 10 Downing street behind him and nothing else, all on a black backdrop...


    Any idea what this is? its really bugging me... Spotted in the metro too.

    Odd, I ride the tubes everyday to get to work/home and I've never noticed these, mind you... I don't tend to notice a great deal when rushing through hordes of people to take a breath of 'fresh' air outside the stations.
