Evony Help

We all know that Evony is Chinese. Their own wiki said so:

Evony is owned by UMGE (Universal Multiplayer Game Entertainment). Founded by a small group of avid Chinese game developers, UMGE is based in Guangzhou, China and develops online multiplayer games.

The Chaos Engine has a huge membership covering most of the industry. Does anyone know of a dev or support or marketing team for this game based anywhere in the world? Either Evony or UMGE? In fact any details whatsoever about these organisations.
