David Perry on Games Design

Has anyone here had a look at this or been involved?

 

all i know about it is... he pinged me earlier today to join it... not actually looked at it yet.

 

2 things,

1) Is it Dave Perry of Shiny or Dave Perry of Games Master?
2) In the table of contents it says about Brain Storming - its unPC to use as it is a derogatory term for people who suffer from epilepsy.

Other than that, nice one .

 

That cover is way too low key for the 'games animal' the best thing is Dave Perry of Shiny fame saying I'm not that Dave Perry!

 

I doubt that Dave "Games Animal" Perry would be able to fill a thousand pages with game design strategies. A thousand pages of photos of him wearing a thousand different bandannas, maybe.

I once compared Doug TenNapel to Dave Perry, because they were both mouthing off like the jingoistic twunts they are, and TenNapel thought I meant David Perry, who he had worked with and is apparently a very nice man. Hilarity ensued, in the best internet tradition.
