    Hey,

    Does anyone have any insider information on the latest patent infringement debacle?

    I've had a look at the patent (which was only acquired in 2007?) but to me it just seems to be a broad generalisation of transmitting data blocks, in the same way that I may say that my method of making coffee is more efficient - how does this get a patent in the first place?
